Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Asset Policy

Flash USDT provides digital asset transaction utilities. Digital assets and transactions on blockchain networks are non-refundable in nature. Once a blockchain transaction is confirmed and added to the ledger, it cannot be reversed or recalled. This is a fundamental characteristic of blockchain technology.

2. Pre-Transaction Cancellation

Users may cancel transactions before they are submitted to the blockchain. Once a transaction is broadcast to the network and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Users must carefully review all details before submission.

3. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to network errors, insufficient fees, or other technical issues, users may be charged network fees (gas fees) despite the failed transaction. Flash USDT cannot reimburse network fees associated with failed transactions, as these are paid directly to blockchain validators.

4. User Error

Flash USDT does not provide refunds for transactions resulting from:

  • • Incorrect recipient addresses
  • • Sending to wrong blockchain networks
  • • Incorrect transaction amounts
  • • User negligence or mistakes
  • • Loss of private keys or credentials

5. Service Fees

All platform fees are final and non-refundable. Platform fees are charged for providing access to our blockchain infrastructure services and cannot be reimbursed once transaction processing begins.

6. Exceptional Cases

In exceptional cases where Flash USDT is directly responsible for a transaction error (e.g., platform malfunction), users may contact support at support@flashusdt.com with supporting documentation. Each case will be reviewed individually, and potential resolution is not guaranteed.

7. Dispute Resolution Timeline

Dispute claims must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be reviewed. All disputes require detailed documentation and transaction evidence.

8. Policy Changes

Flash USDT reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of policy changes.

Important: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, users should always verify all transaction details carefully before submission. Flash USDT cannot override blockchain protocol or recover confirmed transactions.
